Labor Sales	$	Labor Sales less discounts or taxes
Parts Sales	$	Parts sales less discounts and taxes. (exclude fuel & tires if 15% or more of total sales). Shop supply charges should be considered parts sales because they come on your parts bill.
Parts Cost	$	If computerized, take from cost of sales report; if not use total years parts purchased. Include tire cost, if tire sales are 15% or less of total sales. include shop supplies as they come on your parts bill and are billed as parts sales.
Posted Labor Rate	$	Your standard labor rate charged for normal mechanical repairs.
Difference Between A & B	$	The difference in tech wages between your highest and second highest paid technician. Ex. Tech A is paid $30 per hour and Tech B is paid $23 per hour. The difference is $7. If technicians are paid the same, then use $6.00 as a plug to cover the cost of equipment and information.
